Abe has been a Broker with SVN Multifamily since 2021 and overall in the multifamily industry since 2018. Prior to joining SVN, Abe worked in the Berkadia Birmingham office as well as Marcus and Millichap.
Over the course of his career, he has been involved in over $600 million in deal volume representing several thousand units.
In his current role, Abe works with sellers across the Southeast ranging from institutional to family offices, providing strategic insights in order to help them obtain their goals.
Abe is a Birmingham native and currently resides there with his family. He graduated from
Auburn University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. In his free time, Abe is an avid runner as well as tennis player and enjoys anything related to Auburn sports.
