Andrew has been a Broker at SVN Sunbelt Multifamily since 2024. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of LIHTC and market-rate multifamily assets across Mississippi, Arkansas, and Alabama. Since becoming a Broker, he has facilitated over $15 million in transaction volume.

Prior to becoming a Broker, Andrew led underwriting operations for the SVN Team, where he was responsible for valuations, value-add strategies, and debt structuring. During this time, he underwrote over $1 billion in multifamily opportunities throughout the Southeast.

Andrew grew up in Upper Arlington, a suburb of Columbus, Ohio, and played competitive baseball throughout his life. He graduated from Auburn University in 2021 with a degree in Business Analytics and a concentration in Finance. In his free time, you can find him on the golf course, fishing, or catching the nearest concert.
